TEAM was created to be more than just a workout studio — it’s a space built on connection and movement that feels good. We believe fitness should be challenging without being intimidating and accessible to every body and every experience level.
At TEAM, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re clipping into a bike for the first time or picking up heavier weights than ever before, our instructors are here to encourage you every step of the way. Our main goal is to make sure everyone who walks through the door is comfortable, challenged, but also finds enjoyment through it all.
Our class offerings include rhythm-based cycling, heavy strength training, and dance-infused HIIT classes, each one intentionally designed to be approachable and modifiable for every fitness level. No matter which class you walk into, you can expect to feel motivated, safe, and strong.
This is a community-first space where everyone belongs and we stand strong in our effort to support and cheerlead for the rights and comfort of all - inside AND outside of the studio space.
